When you collect your cake your server should advise on how to look after your cake. Please carry your cake from the bottom of the box, don’t press in the sides of the box. Place the cake box flat in the boot of your car, or on the floor of your car in the footwell. Please do not place on a car seat or on someone’s lap. Keep the car cool and drive with care.Â
Unless told otherwise, store your cake in a cool dark room in it’s box. There is no need to refrigerate a buttercream cake. Only fresh cream cakes, or cakes with fruit need to be placed in a fridge.Â
Our cakes are best consumed on the day but will keep for up to 4 days if stored in an airtight box. Please remove any fresh berries and blooms before storing.Â
