As soon as you can. We take orders on a first come, first served basis and have limited availability – especially at weekends.

We require a minimum €20 booking fee on all celebration cakes. Wedding cakes require a non-refundable €100 booking fee to secure the date. Please visit our Weddings page for information about ordering wedding cakes.

Depending on our bakery schedule we will endeavour to change any order with 4 working days notice. We need a minimum of 4 weeks notice for any changes to wedding cake designs.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or postpone your celebration cake.  We offer a refund if cancellation is within within 5 days of it’s collection date, or else we will offer a credit note towards another cake.

For wedding cakes we offer a full refund (less booking fee) if you cancel more than 6 months from the wedding date, 50% refund (less booking fee) 3-6 months notice. We cannot offer any refund for notice of less than 3 months

If you need to re-schedule your wedding date we will do our utmost to accommodate you but we may have another booking for that date. If we can’t accommodate you the above refund policies will apply.

Depending on our bakery schedule, we might be able to squeeze in your order (but we can’t promise!)! Please contact us directly by telephone to see if we can fit you in.

Sorry! We don’t make 3D shaped cakes

Yes, we can. (no explicit or offensive content!)

We do not make explicit cakes.

While we love to use pictures you send as inspiration, we rather not exactly copy another cake design, preferring to give you a special and unique cake.

No, sorry! All of our cakes contain flour, eggs, milk and butter and we are unable to substitute those ingredients in our recipes.

Our sponge cakes contain butter, wheat flour, eggs and nuts and are made in an environment that handles nuts and soya. We can offer ‘gluten free friendly’ biscuit cake made with gluten free ingredients but we cannot guarantee that the cake will not contain traces of these elements due to the nature of our production. We accept no liability for a customer suffering an allergic reaction from consuming our cakes.

We do not make dairy free cakes.

Keep the cake box flat in the boot of your car and transport home as soon as possible. The boot is the flattest and most stable part of the car. Try to avoid putting it on a seat or in some-one’s lap, as it can cause the cake to slope during transportation and the cake may fall if the car brakes suddenly (it has happened!)

Store a buttercream cake in it’s box in a cool room away from direct sunlight.

Fresh cream cakes need to be refrigerated as soon as possible after collection.

We prefer that you dont refrigerate a buttercream cake unless it has a filling that needs to be refrigerated. We will tell you on collection. Store the cake in its box in a cool room away from direct sunlight.

Fresh cream cakes and desserts need to be refrigerated as soon as possible.

Delivery availability will depend on our bakery schedule. We can deliver within a one hour drive radius. A mimimum order charge may apply as well as a delivery charge. Please contact us for information.
