Our lightly spiced carrot cake is made with freshly grated carrots, sultanas and walnuts and filled with a cream cheese buttercream, coated with a combed cream cheese icing and topped with swirls, mini sweet carrots and chopped walnuts.
Ingredients:
Flour, (GLUTEN) Butter, (DAIRY) Sugar, EGGS, NUTS (Walnuts), sultanas, mixed spice, ginger, vanilla extract.
