2lb (900g) traditional aged Christmas pudding

Our traditional rich and fruity 3 month matured Christmas pudding. The fruits were soaked in Brandy, Rum, Sherry & Guinness and left to marinate before being steamed to perfection.

We recommend you store your pudding in a cool dark place to continue maturation.

To serve: Remove all wrappings and steam for 2 hours. Enjoy with brandy butter and some softly whipped cream.

Remove all pudding wrappings and steam for 2 hours before serving. Keep brandy butter refrigerated.

Serves 8 generous portions


Pudding Ingredients: Bread Crumbs (WHEAT), EGGS, Brandy, Rum, 

Sherry, Guinness, Brown sugar, apple, beef suet, orange zest, 

lemon zest, raisins, currants, mixed peel, mixed spice, ginger.
